Dogra Art Foundation Honored to Participate in Bharata Utsav 25, 15th June 2025

The Dogra Art Foundation was proud to represent and sponsor Bharata Utsav 25 as Chief Guests at this vibrant celebration of Indian classical dance and culture. Hosted by Parvatha School of Dance, the event showcased a series of evocative Bharatanatyam performances by the school’s talented students under the visionary leadership of founder Parvatha.

Among the many captivating pieces, the performance titled “Naga,” dedicated to Lord Shiva, stood out for its powerful choreography and spiritual resonance.

It is deeply inspiring to witness organizations like Parvatha School of Dance preserving the rhythm, grace, and timeless beauty of Indian traditions here in North America. Dogra Art Foundation remains committed to supporting such efforts that celebrate and elevate Indian heritage across the globe.

The event, held on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at the India Community Center (ICC), 2171 Monroe County Line Road, Macedon, was organized in honor of Dr. Padmanabh Kamath. Themed Marumalarchi – “A Classical Renaissance”, it showcased a fusion of Indian classical dance, music, and innovative performance art. The proceeds went to Thai Tamil Palli, a charitable organization in Tindivanam, India, dedicated to educating underprivileged Irular tribe students.
