The distinguished occasion was scheduled for April 27th, 2024, commencing at 2 p.m., and was graciously hosted in the illustrious Memorial Art Gallery auditorium. It was streamed live on YouTube for those who could not attend in person.
The inaugural speaker is Dr. Madhuvanti Ghose, Alsdorf Associate Curator of Indian, Southeast Asian, and Himalayan Art, Arts of Asia at the Chicago art institute.

During the pandemic we were very pleased to sponsor and excellent presentation by Sonya Rhie Mace, George P. Bickford Curator of Indian and Southeast Asian Art on “A Talk on Painting Exploits of Krishna in Pre-Modern India”. This was a collaboration with Indian Community Centre Professional Forum and Hindu Temple of Rochester, NY. This presentation was attended by many eminent people from Rochester, NY it was streamed live on YouTube and Zoom for those who could not attend in person because of COVID-19 restrictions.
