The Dogra Art Foundation is proud to announce the upcoming installation of Terrafly, a monumental bronze sculpture by internationally acclaimed Indian sculptor K. S. Radhakrishnan, at King’s Bend Park in Pittsford, New York.
Earlier this year, the Town of Pittsford officially accepted Terrafly as a gift from the Dogra Art Foundation, marking a significant milestone in the Foundation’s mission of Connecting People Through Art. As the Foundation’s first permanent public art installation gifted to a municipality, Terrafly represents a lasting cultural legacy for the community and a celebration of international artistic excellence.
A Sculpture Garden for the Community
Terrafly will become the centerpiece of the newly created Dogra Art Foundation Sculpture Garden, a thoughtfully designed public space overlooking the scenic waters of King’s Bend Park. The project has been envisioned as a place where art, nature, and community come together, inviting visitors to pause, reflect, and engage with contemporary sculpture in an inspiring natural setting.
The landscape design has been created by Popli Design Group, whose vision integrates the sculpture seamlessly into the park while providing an elegant visitor experience. The sculpture garden will feature:
- A central plaza showcasing Terrafly
- Curved pedestrian walkways offering multiple viewing perspectives
- Memorial walls recognizing supporters of the project
- Benches and gathering spaces overlooking the sculpture and the park landscape
The installation of the sculpture and site infrastructure will be carried out by DePasquale Construction, whose expertise will help transform this vision into reality.

Standing gracefully atop its monumental bronze column, Terrafly embodies movement, balance, imagination, and the limitless potential of the human spirit. Characteristic of K. S.
