Dogra Art Foundation was invited by the New York’s Governor Kathy Hochul to participate in the Asian American heritage celebrations. We are thankful for the invitation. The celebrations and lunch was at # 138 eagle street, Albany. It was wonderful to see many friends and special thank you to Sibu Nair for his dedication to help the Indian community.
